The Hikvision TandemVu 4 MP is a dual-channel (panoramic + PTZ) network speed dome designed for wide-area monitoring:

• Dual lenses: a panoramic fixed lens alongside a PTZ channel, effectively acting as two cameras in one. The PTZ channel offers 32× optical zoom (up to 16× digital zoom) and captures at 2560×1440 resolution using progressive CMOS sensors .

• The panoramic (bullet) channel uses a fixed wide-angle lens (~2.8–4 mm) offering around 180° coverage, paired with built-in white-light LEDs for colorful daytime/night perimeter view up to ~30 m. The PTZ channel supports IR illumination up to ~200 m for long-range nighttime visibility .

• Supports full 360° pan and tilt −15° to 90°, plus presets, patrols, and pattern scans for automated surveillance control .

• Includes built-in microphone and line-level audio I/O, alarm I/O ports, and smart linkage between panoramic and PTZ channels for auto tracking or scene response .

• Connectivity via 10/100 Mbps Ethernet, with optional 4G mobile support on some kits; powered by Hi-PoE or 24VAC, plus solar/battery options in certain models.
